Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by Xenial, L.L.C., dba Off The Rails an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a bar/restaurant at 60 W. Main Street, Ashville, Ohio 43103 in this precinct?
