Shall an annual income tax of 0.5 per cent on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by the Waverly City School District, for a period of 5 years, beginning January 1, 2027, for the purpose of current expenses?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote imposes a 0.5% income tax on the earned income of school district residents for 5 years, beginning January 1, 2027, for Waverly City School District current expenses.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the income tax.
