The question, as printed on the ballot

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Aurora City for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of streets, roads, and bridges, that the county auditor estimates will collect $603,599 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.9 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $16 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 0.9-mill, 5-year property tax (about $603,599 a year) for Aurora streets, roads and bridges.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
