The question, as printed on the ballot
An additional tax for the benefit of Ravenna Township for the purpose of ambulance service, emergency medical service, or both, that the county auditor estimates will collect $1,040,382 annually, at a rate not exceeding 4.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $158 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves a new 4.5-mill, 5-year property tax (about $1.04 million a year) for ambulance and emergency medical service in Ravenna Township.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
