The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of West Elkton for the purpose of emergency medical services, that the county auditor estimates will collect $3,310 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.25 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $12 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1.25-mill, 5-year property tax for Village of West Elkton emergency medical services, estimated to collect $3,310 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
