Shall an annual income tax of 0.75% on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by the Lexington Local School District, for 10 years, beginning January 1, 2027, for the purpose of current expenses?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote imposes a 0.75% income tax on the earned income of Lexington Local School District residents for 10 years, starting January 1, 2027, for current expenses.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the income tax.
Ballot heading: "Proposed Income Tax, Lexington Local School District, Richland and Morrow Counties". On the same ballots as the district's renewal levy; Richland County's board certified it.
