A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of wine, mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by Lexington Ave. Drive Thru at 261 Lexington Avenue in this precinct.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales.
