The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Village of Bainbridge for the purpose of renewing the existing millage to provide funds to supplement the general operating fund of the Village as to current operating expenses, that the county auditor estimates will collect $22,674 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2.9 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $102 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 2.9-mill, 5-year property tax (about $22,674 a year) for the Village of Bainbridge's general operating fund.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
