Shall the Ordinance providing for a 0.2 per cent levy on income for the exclusive purpose of street paving, repairs, and improvements be passed?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote passes a city ordinance for a 0.2% income tax used only for street paving, repairs and improvements in Chillicothe.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the ordinance and the income tax.
