Shall the Board of Trustees of Huntington Township have the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads located within the unincorporated areas of the Huntington Township, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets the Huntington Township trustees buy electricity in bulk for the township's unincorporated areas, with customers enrolled automatically unless they opt out.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not give the trustees that authority.
