A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Village of Otway for the purpose of current expenses, that the county auditor estimates will collect $2,690 annually, at a rate not exceeding 3 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $73 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 3-mill, 5-year property tax for the Village of Otway's current expenses, estimated to collect $2,690 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
