The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall the continuation of an existing sales and use tax be levied by the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) for all transit purposes at a rate not exceeding one-fourth of one percent (0.25%) for 10 years?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote continues SARTA's existing 0.25% sales and use tax for transit purposes for 10 years.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects continuing the sales and use tax.
