A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of wine and mixed beverages for consumption off the premises in Akron precinct 4-F.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales in the precinct.

On the ballot only in Akron precinct 4-F (by petition).
