Shall Section 5.11 be amended to remove the requirement that six (6) public places in the municipality be established if public posting is selected as the medium?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote removes the charter requirement that Barberton set up six public places when it chooses public posting to publish notices.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the six-public-place requirement in Section 5.11.
