SHORT-TERM HOME RENTALS (Defined as Home Rentals for Less Than 30 Consecutive Days) Shall the Village of Peninsula prohibit all short-term home rentals, except when the owner is residing on site at the time of the rental?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote advises that Peninsula prohibit short-term home rentals (under 30 days) unless the owner lives on site during the rental. The question is advisory.
A “No” vote means
A no vote advises against that prohibition. The question is advisory.
