A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Convoy Village for the purpose of operating expenses that the county auditor estimates will collect $8,957 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $14 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a second 2-mill, 5-year property tax for Convoy Village operating expenses, estimated to collect $8,957 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects this renewal levy.
On the Convoy ballot, which lists two separate Convoy Village renewal levies with identical wording. Ballot heading: "PROPOSED TAX LEVY (RENEWAL) CONVOY VILLAGE".
