The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of McArthur for the purpose of parks and recreational purposes, that the county auditor estimates will collect $17,400 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $21 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 4 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1-mill, 4-year property tax for Village of McArthur parks and recreation, estimated to collect $17,400 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
