A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Clinton Township for the purpose of fire and ambulance protection, that the county auditor estimates will collect $98,495 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $30 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s market value, for 4 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1.5-mill, 4-year property tax for fire and ambulance protection in Clinton Township.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
