Should the Village Council consider adopting zoning regulations to permit and regulate short-term rental properties within the BD Downtown Business District and BG General Business District?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote advises Village Council to consider zoning rules to permit and regulate short-term rentals in the BD and BG business districts.

A “No” vote means

A no vote advises against considering those zoning rules. The question is advisory.
