Shall the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended by changing Section 12.02 Finance, Preparation and Submission of Budget. If passed, this amendment would change the deadline for submission of the budget to City Council from January 1st to December 31st of each year and clarify language. Shall Section 12.02 of the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote changes the deadline for submitting the budget to City Council from January 1 to December 31 and clarifies language.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 12.02 of the charter unchanged.
