Shall the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended by changing Section 16.01 Charter Review Commission, Charter Review Commission. If passed, this amendment would amend the schedule in which the Charter Review Commission convenes to intentionally misalign it with the election of new members of City Council. Shall Section 16.01 of the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote changes when the Charter Review Commission convenes so it does not coincide with the election of new council members.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 16.01 of the charter unchanged.
