Shall the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended by changing Section 9.01 Civil Service Commission, Civil Service Commission and System. If passed, this amendment would update old language concerning the establishment of a Civil Service Commission in the event Rittman becomes a city as Rittman is already a city. Shall Section 9.01 of the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote updates old language about establishing a Civil Service Commission if Rittman becomes a city, since Rittman is already a city.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 9.01 of the charter unchanged.
