Shall the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended by changing Section 9.02 Civil Service Commission, Composition and Terms. If passed, this amendment would change the term an individual serves on the Civil Service Commission from six (6) years to three (3) years. Shall Section 9.02 of the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote shortens the term on the Civil Service Commission from six years to three years.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 9.02 of the charter unchanged.
