Shall the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended by changing Section 3.06 The Council, Meetings. If passed, this amendment would allow City Council to hold executive session for any reason allowable by the Ohio Revised code. Shall Section 3.06 of the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote allows City Council to hold executive session for any reason allowed by the Ohio Revised Code.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 3.06 of the charter unchanged.
