Shall the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended by changing Section 12.06 Finance, Finance Director. If passed, this amendment would require an annual review of the Finance Director by the City Council. Shall Section 12.06 of the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote requires City Council to review the Finance Director annually.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 12.06 of the charter unchanged.
