Shall the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended by changing Articles VI and IX. If passed, this amendment would change language to reflect that the Fire Department and EMS Department have merged into one department. Shall Articles VI and IX of the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote changes charter language to reflect that the Fire Department and EMS Department have merged into one department.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Articles VI and IX of the charter unchanged.
