Shall the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended by changing Section 6.05 Administrative Officers and Divisions, Law Director. If passed, this amendment would require that the Law Director be an attorney-at-law in good standing with the state bar association and that the Law Director oversee representation of the City in all cases as well as provide direct representation. Shall Section 6.05 of the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote requires the Law Director to be an attorney in good standing and to oversee and provide the city's legal representation.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 6.05 of the charter unchanged.
