Shall the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended by changing Section 5.01 The Municipal Manager, Appointment, Removal and Qualifications. If passed, this amendment would require an annual review of the Municipal Manager by City Council. Shall Section 5.01 of the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote requires City Council to review the Municipal Manager annually.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 5.01 of the charter unchanged.
