Shall the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended by changing Section 4.05 The Mayor, Vacancies. If passed this amendment would clarify the procedure by which a member of City Council is nominated to and can become Mayor in the event the office of Mayor becomes vacant. Shall Section 4.05 of the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote clarifies how a council member is nominated to and can become mayor if the office of mayor becomes vacant.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 4.05 of the charter unchanged.
