Shall the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended by changing Section 13.04 Nominations, Elections and Qualifications, Qualifications. If passed, this amendment would reduce the residency requirement to be eligible to be an elected officer of the Municipality from two (2) years to one (1) year. Shall Section 13.04 of the Charter of the City of Rittman be amended?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote reduces the residency requirement for elected city officers from two years to one year.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 13.04 of the charter unchanged.
