The question, as printed on the ballot
An additional tax for the benefit of Williams County for the purpose of providing senior citizens services and maintain the department vehicles and facilities that the county auditor estimates will collect $1,182,325 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $35 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves an additional 1-mill, 5-year Williams County property tax for senior citizens services and the department's vehicles and facilities, estimated to collect $1,182,325 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
