A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of beer, wine, mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by Pinky Blinders, LLC at 104 Louisiana Ave, Perrysburg.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales.
