Shall Wyandot County have the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads located in the unincorporated areas of Wyandot County, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes Wyandot County to aggregate retail electric loads in its unincorporated areas and buy electricity for them, with automatic enrollment unless a person opts out.
A “No” vote means
A no vote withholds that authority.
On the township precinct ballots (unincorporated areas); not on the ballots of Carey, Harpster, Kirby, Marseilles, Nevada, Sycamore, Upper Sandusky or Wharton.
