The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall City of Greensburg Charter Section C-80 be amended or remove and strike the same and replace it as follows: §C-80. Competitive Bids Required. All contracts shall be competitively bid in accordance and compliance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Third Class City code and other applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
A “Yes” vote means
Replaces Charter Section C-80 with a rule that all contracts be competitively bid under the Pennsylvania Third Class City Code and other applicable state laws.
A “No” vote means
Charter Section C-80 on competitive bids stays as it is now.
