Shall the Home Rule Charter contained in the report, dated August 26, 2026, of the Government Study Commission, prepared in accordance with the Home Rule Charter and Optional Plans Law, be adopted by the City of Hazleton?
A “Yes” vote means
The City of Hazleton would adopt the home rule charter proposed in the Government Study Commission's report dated August 26, 2026.
A “No” vote means
The home rule charter is not adopted; Hazleton keeps its current form of government.
