Shall the Borough of Vandergrift establish an annual Special Library Tax of one and one quarter (1.25) mills on the dollar on all taxable property within the Borough of Vandergrift for the maintenance of and aid to the Vandergrift Public Library?
A “Yes” vote means
Vandergrift Borough would levy an annual special library tax of 1.25 mills on all taxable property in the borough for the Vandergrift Public Library.
A “No” vote means
No special library tax would be established in Vandergrift Borough.
