The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall the City of Crossville be authorized to transfer to the Cumberland Plateau Water Authority 3.85 acres surrounding the dam and 38.17 acres surrounding the water treatment plant, at Meadow Park Lake along with various parcels located at Holiday Lake and all other parcels necessary for the continued operation of the system, if the Crossville City Council later determines that such transfer is in the best interests of the City of Crossville and its ratepayers?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets Crossville transfer its water-system land at Meadow Park Lake and Holiday Lake to the Cumberland Plateau Water Authority if the City Council later finds it in the city's interest.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not give the city this authorization to transfer the water-system land to the Cumberland Plateau Water Authority.
