A “Yes” vote means

A “No” vote means

The resolution does not take effect, and the local option sales tax rate stays at 2.25%.

It is on the ballots of voters outside the towns (for example the Garnett precinct) and in Braden, Gallaway, Williston, Moscow, LaGrange and the Fayette County part of Grand Junction, but not on the Somerville, Oakland, Piperton or Rossville town ballot styles.
