AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CLAUDE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT TO PURCHASE ATTENDANCE CREDIT FROM THE STATE WITH LOCAL TAX REVENUES.

A “Yes” vote means

A vote for authorizes the Claude ISD board of trustees to purchase attendance credit from the state with local tax revenues.

A “No” vote means

A vote against does not give the board this authorization.

The district calls this a Chapter 49 special election (Texas Education Code Chapter 49 governs school districts whose property wealth exceeds the state's equalized level).
