THIS IS A TAX INCREASE and confirmation of the creation of Bandera County Emergency Services District No. 2 and authorization of the imposition of a property tax not to exceed ten cents ($0.10) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of property valuation within the District.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote confirms the creation of Bandera County Emergency Services District No. 2 and lets it levy a property tax of up to 10 cents per $100 of valuation.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not confirm the district's creation or its tax.
