The question, as printed on the ballot

Adding a 348.1 acre portion tract abutting the Colorado River, commonly known as 1240 Lovers Lane, Bastrop, Texas, to Bastrop County ESD No. 2, and that tract assuming its proportionate share of the outstanding debts and taxes of Bastrop County ESD No. 2, if it is added to the District.

A “Yes” vote means

A "for" vote adds the 348.1-acre tract at 1240 Lovers Lane to Bastrop County ESD No. 2, with the tract taking on its share of the district's debts and taxes.

A “No” vote means

An "against" vote leaves the tract outside the emergency services district.
