THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE: Confirmation of the creation of Bell County Emergency Services District No 3 and the levy by the district of a tax not to exceed ten (10) cents on the one hundred dollars ($100.00) of valuation.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote confirms the creation of Bell County Emergency Services District No. 3 and lets it levy a tax of up to 10 cents per $100 of valuation.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not confirm the district's creation or its tax.
