Amend the Charter of the City of Killeen to move regular elections for mayor and all councilmembers to the November uniform election date during odd-numbered years, and to make certain other grammatical and technical changes related thereto.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote moves Killeen's regular mayor and council elections to the November uniform election date in odd-numbered years.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the charter's election date unchanged.
