Amend the Charter of the City of Killeen to repeal the requirement that a member of the City Council resign and vacate his/her position upon filing to run for a different office on the City Council, and to make certain other grammatical and technical changes related thereto.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote repeals the requirement that a council member resign upon filing to run for a different council office.

A “No” vote means

A no vote keeps the resign-to-run requirement.
