Amend the Charter of the City of Killeen to change the number of days in which the City Secretary must certify a petition for initiative or referendum, and in which a petitioner may amend a deficient petition, from 10 days to 30 days, and to make certain other grammatical and technical changes related thereto.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote changes from 10 to 30 days the time to certify an initiative or referendum petition and to amend a deficient petition.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the 10-day periods.
