Amend the Charter of the City of Killeen to require that a petitioner allege incompetence, official misconduct, or malfeasance in office in an affidavit seeking the recall of an elected official, and to make certain other grammatical and technical changes related thereto.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote requires a recall affidavit to allege incompetence, official misconduct or malfeasance in office.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter's recall grounds unchanged.
