Amend the Charter of the City of Killeen to change the number of days in which the City Secretary must provide petition blanks in response to a submitted recall affidavit from 1 day to 5 days, and to make certain other grammatical and technical changes related thereto.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote gives the City Secretary 5 days instead of 1 day to provide recall petition blanks after an affidavit is submitted.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the 1-day deadline.
