Amend the Charter of the City of Killeen to require that a person filing a recall affidavit for a district council member live within the district in which the council member represents, and to make certain other grammatical and technical changes related thereto.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote requires a person filing a recall affidavit against a district council member to live in that district.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter's recall provisions unchanged.
