THIS IS A TAX INCREASE; the issuance of bonds in the amount of $15,000,000 for the Sammons Community Center, and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote lets Temple issue $15,000,000 in bonds for the Sammons Community Center and levy taxes to repay them.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not authorize the bonds.
