The question, as printed on the ballot
"THE REAUTHORIZATION OF THE LOCAL SALES AND USE TAX IN THE CITY OF CHINA GROVE, TEXAS, AT THE RATE OF ONE-FOURTH OF ONE PERCENT (0.25%) TO CONTINUE PROVIDING REVENUE FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF MUNICIPAL STREETS. THE TAX EXPIRES ON THE FOURTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DATE OF THIS ELECTION UNLESS THE IMPOSITION OF THE TAX IS REAUTHORIZED."
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote reauthorizes China Grove's 0.25% sales and use tax for street maintenance and repair for four more years.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not reauthorize the tax.
